Is anyone else having trouble pulling up documents in Crew Mobile? On both Android and iPhone are crews are unable to open the documents uploaded to the property. They are marked as ‘Expose to Crew’ and we didn’t have this issue last week. We can see all of the available documents, but tapping on them does not open them like it used to.

Yes, we had the one crew that is still going out have this same issue yesterday and today, kinda figured it was operator error at some point in the process but sounds like not really. Might be worth escalating to AspireCare at this point.

Hi everyone, thank you for your feedback. It does look like another client reported this same issue on Wednesday and our product team is still investigating the issue. I will notify them your accounts are also experiencing issues with crew mobile downloads.
