= business property =
Company [Mr. John Smith is owner and billing contact ]
123 Site St
City State 99998

= personal residential property AND billing address for both this property and above property =
John Smith
10U Billing Ave
City State 99999

  • Email address (used for for billing for both properties) must be unique (in contact records)
  • Are two Contact records necessary/required to make billing (and building of opportunities) work?

Fun fact! You can append to an email address & have it send fine by using the “+” at the end of the real address. So Keenan.baird@gmail.com can become keenan.baird+property1@gmail.com & it will send/receive fine. I would make one billing email a +[propertyname].
This is called “plus addressing” & is very useful. I use plus addresses to sort my email inbox.

Thank you @Kbaird.

I’ll try setting up the contacts that way and try to get things to work.

Found this also...Plus addressing explained with examples of use.

Thanks again.
