I went to the Ignite show and was approached by a company called Applause. It texts the homeowner prompting them to leave a review of the service and then if its good askes them to leave a google review. The technicians have an app that immediately deposits a bonus into their “bank”. That’s the general idea but I’m sure there’s some flexibility with company bonuses etc.
Hi @TedHosmer - one thing we suggest when crafting out the bonus structure is to focus on 1 or 2 metrics to base the bonus on. This will make it easier for employees to understand what they need to focus on to get there and also make it easier to understand business goals and outcomes. The sales commission report is a good place to start with to identify metrics you will find most impactful, i.e. sales commission values.
Does anyone use Protiv (pay-for-performance) for field crews? I did a Demo with them and they integrate with Aspire. I’m curious to see if anyone has any feedback.
